Buyer brokerage compensation, if applicable, will be disclosed in writing prior to submitting any offer. In many transactions, compensation is offered by the seller or listing brokerage, and there may be no direct cost to the buyer beyond the terms of the agreement.
I may provide publicly available property information but do not verify or guarantee accuracy. Buyers are responsible for independently verifying all information, including property condition, utilities, zoning, square footage, and suitability for their intended use.
If you are interested in one of my listings and choose to proceed without your own agent, you will be treated as an unrepresented customer. I can assist with preparing and submitting an offer as a ministerial service (such as preparing documents), but I do not represent your interests.
In certain situations, a written Non-Agency Agreement may be required prior to providing services.
