I’m Joe Warren, a REALTOR® with Southern Realty & Associates, proudly serving Jones, Smith, Covington, and Simpson Counties. I assist homeowners in navigating the selling process with clear communication and a structured approach, including providing accurate home value estimates. I specialize in listing representation for sellers and offer buyer representation through a written agreement.

I represent sellers through listing representation unless a separate written buyer representation agreement is in place. If you inquire about one of my listings and do not have your own agent, you will be treated as an unrepresented customer. No fiduciary duties are owed to unrepresented customers. In certain situations, a written Non-Agency Agreement may be required before providing real estate services to unrepresented customers. Pre-approval or proof of funds may be required prior to showings or entering into agreements, depending on the property. I can assist with limited services such as sharing publicly available property information or preparing documents, but I do not represent your interests. Additionally, no advice or opinions provided constitute representation unless a written agreement is in place. If you’re curious about home value estimates, I can provide that information as well.
